Jeff Curry formally emerged as a fine artist in 2009. His work remained personal since art school, focusing on a career in design and advertising. Starting in Chicago at DMB&B/Worldwide, then Frankel, then SRG–an internationally recognized branding and innovation firm in Boulder Colorado. He became a partner and the firm's Executive Creative Director before leaving to develop his own design consulting company. Jeff has created award-winning work across industries and media and has partnered with some of the nation’s top commercial artists and photographers. He teaches creative concepting and design at Colorado University and serves on the board of the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder. Most recently, Jeff co-founded Abstract Resource, an art studio/consultancy, and imaging platform.

Jeff explores not only ideas and techniques but every aspect of the production and presentation. He’s debated the merits of defining a more singular style with collectors and curators, but prefers to remain in a state of invention—perhaps the result of a profession that requires a fresh idea every day. 

Jeff's fine art photography has received awards and recognition in the following prestigious contests and publications: Communication Arts—Photography Annual, Graphis, Photography Masters Cup International Awards, The London International Creative Awards, International Spider Awards, The Art Directors Club Photography Awards, Moscow International Foto Awards.
